That is some tacky shit right there. Wow. But that’s just my opinion, obviously someone liked it because it’s parked in the sold row.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 13:57 |

Yup, pretty terrible

Maybe FCA wants to prevent people from buying the higher trim levels.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 13:58 |

Good lord. I would remove or plasti-dip it to blend in. Gross
![]() 04/07/2016 at 13:58 |

I could dig it if it was body color.

BAN TAILGATE LETTERING
![]() 04/07/2016 at 13:59 |

Oh yeah. They’re pretty terrible in person.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:00 |

But that looks nice...
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:01 |
|
Exactly. It’s not so much the size but the plastic-chromeness of it and perhaps the bulgy font.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:02 |

Yeah this is kind of a standard in truck design since the 40s and 50s.
It’s a bit over blinged for me but it’s not that unusual really.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:02 |
|
Useless fact: Each letter retails for nearly $50.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:03 |

I think you may want to take a closer look at truck tailgates
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:05 |

It not like trucks have had it in the past.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:05 |

Tacky is the name of the game for bro trucks.

Foreshadowing of things to come.

hugh the new Ram grill is so be, What was wrong with the cross grill?
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:07 |

I don't hate this, actually. Loud and proud.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:09 |

Seriously.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:10 |
|
All those look fine.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:11 |
|
I actually don’t mind that so much.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:11 |

That’s all I have to say...
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:13 |

You think that’s bad, you should walk around to the other end...
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:15 |

Will do. BRB
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:19 |

It just feels right in this case.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:20 |
|
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Actually, it’s not THAT bad. But I don’t care for it.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:23 |

At least removing the ford logo doesn’t dramatically alter the handling of the vehicle like the 100lbs of ram badge. (Bit of an exaggeration but the ram badge must weigh a sizable amount)
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:24 |

I think its the lack of chrome.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:24 |
|
Yeah, I saw one too and I said, really? No way I would buy it.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:25 |

Maybe their focus groups had a lot of elderly people that couldn’t identify the brand.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:28 |

oh hay there, you got a truck
what kind of truck is that, i cannot tell
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:29 |
|
Should’ve stamped it into the tailgate. Cheaper, lighter, doesn’t look like shit.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:42 |
|
I’d love to turn someone’s M upside down and wait for them to notice.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 14:57 |
|
I wonder who makes this truck.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 15:20 |

LOL that’s what I yelled from across the parking lot. “Hey what kind of truck is that, I can’t tell. If only it had some lettering that told us but I can’t make anything out. Oh well, I guess there’s just no way for us to know.”
![]() 04/07/2016 at 15:29 |
|
I don’t know which is worse.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 15:41 |
|
The Ram. The Ram is much worse. Definitely.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 16:09 |
|
I’d hang those letters on my wall, but not a tail gate
![]() 04/07/2016 at 16:40 |
|
The Tundra and Tacoma pull this off nicely.the Tundra logo is pressed into the tailgate.
![]() 04/07/2016 at 18:15 |

My boss has one with the diesel. Its not a Chevy. ..
![]() 04/08/2016 at 13:42 |

Ford has kind of been doing this for years, but not quite in the 6" stuck-on PlastiChrome crap you see above... but there’s some precedent anyway...
![]() 05/21/2016 at 17:52 |

chrome overload...
